Brief: – Eyelash removal service is process of removing fake eyelashes. Eyelash are important part of Eyes as they protect eyes from dust and also makes you look beautiful. Eyelash removal is a very technical process as Fake eyelashes are stick to your eyes with help of glue. We never recommend to do this at home as one can have serious injury while it self. There are proper technicians who follow protocols to remove eyelash. Types of Eyelashes There are generally two type of eyelash extensions full set and half set. People using eyelash should decide about eyelash removal service when they see lashes coming out with time. Process : – Eyelash removal is a technical process which includes different process. 1: – Your Technician will clean your eyes for any type of makeup applied. 2 : – Technician will place c shaped eye pads under your eyes so that there is no damage to your skin with glue removal lotion 3: – Selecting branded eyelash remover and spoolies. 4: – Your Technician will brush lash remover at glue and eyelash and let it sit for 3 to 4 mins. 5: – Technician will slowly remove eye lashes so that glue or eyelash don’t get into your eyes. 6: – After completing process of removal, Cleaning will be done to make it sure that there is no glue left. Cancellation Policy

• CANCELLATION + NO SHOWS In the busy world we live in sometimes appointments are forgotten. Your Stylist's time is very valuable, as is yours. Your Stylist will be at the Salon waiting for you and they do need to be compensated if you do not arrive for your appointment. All new sets require full payment at the time of booking via Paypal or card. Please give at least 24 hrs notice via email at angel4uelena@gmail.com for cancellations, changes and reschedules. No-shows, cancellations and reschedules within 4 hrs will be charged 100% of the booking amount. There is a £15 late notice fee for any cancellation, change or reschedule within 24 hrs. • ARRIVAL (Preparation Tips here) Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Extra time spent cleaning will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival you will still be charged the full cost of the service. • In busy periods like Summer or Christmas there may be a 2-week wait for new appointments. We advise to book in advance for special occasions like holidays and weddings, and to book your next infill at the end of your appointments if you intend to maintain them regularly. • Lashes less than 40% left of the initial set will be charged as a new set. Infills are based on an individual’s lash growth cycle, number of natural lashes and quality of aftercare . Infills are valid within 4 calendar weeks of last appointment. (Aftercare tips here!) • Lash extensions aren’t recommended for those with very oily skin or extremely curly lashes (e.g. from an LVL/lash-lift treatment). • PRIOR ALLERGIES If you have had eyelash extensions from another salon and experienced an allergic reaction, this treatment is not recommended and non-refundable in event of a repeat allergy. Please book a patch test at least 24hrs prior to treatment. • AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After-hours appointments are available on a case by case basis for an additional £15 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.
